Delivery time 1-2 days inside Dhaka and 2-5 days outside Dhaka.

Please check the products in front of the delivery man, if you don't like them you can return by just paying the delivery charge.

Note that once you receive the products, we don't have any return policy.

We have 15 days defect guarantee. If you find any defects within this time, we will exchange with a new product upon availabiity in stock, you only have to pay the delivery charge.

If the comb doesn't suit your hair we have exchange policy with a different comb but you have to inform us within two days.

Apply any natural oil (such as olive oil, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, etc.) or petroleum jelly, leave it for a while, and then wipe it off with a soft cloth.
